Steve McConnell is BSO’s Sales Director for the Americas, heading up the sales operations in the region. Steve joined BSO in 2016 and been instrumental in building and growing the business in the U.S.

Steve’s role is to establish and oversee a team of sales executives responsible for growing BSO’s client base in America, uncovering new client and partner opportunities for the company.

Steve has 19 years’ sales experience in the telecommunications industry, including roles at Hibernia Express and Reliance Globalcom (formerly Yipes). Steve’s approach is considered, professional and driven, and he builds effective relationships with clients, colleagues and partners.

Steve studied at Villanova University in Pennsylvania and is a keen cyclist, racing both road and mountain bikes. He enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors, and is a ski instructor with the Adaptive Sports Foundation (ASF) in the winter months. Steve volunteers at ASF and Dancing Dreams in New York.
